We offer advice and assistance in a range of work which includes
- Tier 1 - Highly skilled visa
We act for individuals and companies making all types of applications under Tier 1, Post Study, Highly Skilled visas. Recent work has included obtaining a Sole Representative visa for a client based in the US. - Tier 2 - Sponsor Licence
We offer a fixed fee service for a Tier 2 application and are experts in how to operate a Tier 2 Licence. Clients range from large international organisations who need to transfer their staff around the world and small businesses who want to recruit from overseas. We offer a service managing a Tier 2 Licence and can manage the Licence to issue a visa on your behalf. - Tier 4 - Education providers
Education providers need a Tier 4 Sponsor Licence in order to be able to issue international students with a visa and recruit them onto a course. We assist with applications for a Licence and help clients (universities, private schools and colleges) with disputes and difficulties they encounter with the UKBA. We have a number of English language school clients in the Bournemouth as well as experience of assisting Universities and private schools with their Tier 4 requirements.
