This means that if a corporate has a want to do something, we can find a solution for that want. This translates into an identifiable increase in value for the corporate.
We represent banks and financial institutions as well as corporates in financial transactions. Our balanced view and reasonable approach comes from a real understanding of both parties needs in order to make a transaction work. We apply ourselves to a generation of goodwill in a transaction - we want to retain our clients and no doubt, the other party wants to retain its clients.
The corporate banking team itself is commercially driven and welcomes opportunities to service clients in a personal way. We encourage clients to call us on an open "clocks off" basis, for example when structuring a transaction or considering the viability of a step.
