Tony Sampson - Head of Team

Tony is the head of Recovery and Insolvency at LA.  As well as being a solicitor, he is also a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (authorised by the Law Society).

He has a wide portfolio of clients which include a number of those on the "Recovery and Insolvency” webpage.  His work is purely insolvency based.  He frequently advises creditors (secured or otherwise) upon recovery strategies; he frequently advises on restructuring through various insolvency procedures.  He understands the need to reconcile maximising realisations with a desire to assist the financial survival of both individuals and companies.

He regularly lectures for Central Law Training and Legal Easel to other lawyers and Insolvency Practitioners upon insolvency related matters.  He is involved in the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (Administrations) examination.
