Sarah Brown - Chartered Legal Executive

Sarah has worked at LA for over 20 years within the Real Estate Group and has considerable conveyancing experience dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity release schemes. She particularly enjoys unregistered property conveyancing and reconstruction of titles and relishes the challenge of piecing together the titles where deeds have been lost or destroyed.

Sarah believes it is important to be approachable and tries to make a potentially stressful time as trouble free as possible for her clients.
