Rosemary has worked as a finance lawyer for over 20 years and, having worked in-house for 16 years, has a clear understanding of the practical requirements of financial institutions.

Rosemary advises on a wide range of regulatory and transactional issues in the financial services, banking, consumer credit and asset finance sectors and has a wide range of clients including banks, finance companies and corporate clients.
