Rachel is Business Development Partner at LA. In addition, she heads the Fast Track Property team.

Rachel’s long and established experience in property has developed into a high quality volume service for commercial clients. Rachel and her team are currently working for commercial lenders in relation to new lending, a telecommunications company in relation to its antennae sites and for charities and relocation companies in connection with their residential portfolios.

• Working for a telecoms company in relation to a project requiring a rapid and managed programme of lease variations, Rachel has been instrumental in designing processes and systems to ensure that instructions are received accurately, processed quickly and that turnarounds are monitored so targets can be achieved whilst communication remains open and constant
• For a commercial lender, Rachel has developed a system of working within her team to ensure that as this growing lender scales up their operations, the team meets the fast turnaround and accuracy requirements of this growing portfolio
• For a niche lender, Rachel performs an audit and registration service to ensure that non-standard loans are properly secured
