Paula Shea - Associate

Paula is experienced in dealing with complex trust and tax issues. Paula advises individuals, families and charities.

Paula assists individuals in relation to their personal affairs, giving advice on trusts and Wills as well as estate planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax.

In addition to advising on tax efficient succession structures for family businesses, Paula is also experienced in advising companies and their shareholders in respect of shareholder protection planning and share freezing exercises.
