Oliver Phipps - Solicitor

Oliver specialises in probate with a particular focus on the administration of estates for clients resident and domiciled outside of the United Kingdom. He also has experience in the preparation of wills for both non-resident and residents of the UK.

His clients include private individuals, trust companies, financial institutions and lawyers practising outside of England.

Oliver has administered estates with assets located in a wide variety of jurisdictions including: Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Cayman Islands and a number of states in the USA.

• Administering an estate where the deceased died domiciled in South Africa, held dual nationality in Austria and Belgium and left assets in both Belgium and Spain.
• Advising on the preparation of an offshore will for a client based in South Africa.
