Natalie Thompson - Associate

Natalie deals with all aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant and corporate support work.

She has particular experience in acting for clients on the acquisition of land for residential development including the negotiation of building and sale contracts with housing associations.

Natalie also acts for landowners in the disposal of land for commercial and residential development and regularly advises regional and national house builders on options, conditional contracts, site assembly and disposal matters.

Natalie has experience in dealings within the retail and care sectors and is regularly called on to provide support and assistance on corporate acquisitions/disposals and the provision of secured lending.

• For a national retirement home specialist - Natalie is currently acting in connection with a mixed use development to provide a 3,300 sq ft superstore with car parking to a national food retailer and up to 60 residential units together with onsite affordable housing and a community facility, conditional on planning
• For a national mobile phone retailer - acting in connection with the acquisition of a leasehold property portfolio comprising over 100 properties throughout the UK, from mobile network operators T-mobile and 02, and more recently in connection with Hutchison’s lease variation programme
• For a national care home operator - recent matters include acting in connection with the acquisition of Four Elms Residential School, Suffolk and Tudor Lodge, an 8 place residential school in Surrey
