Melissa Strong - Associate

Melissa specialises in regulatory compliance, with particular emphasis on health and safety law and environmental matters. She also has considerable experience in civil litigation, more specifically professional negligence and personal injury disputes.

She is a very experienced advocate who has also engaged in numerous mediations.She has also acted for interested parties at a number of jury inquests, including employers and the HSE.

Melissa has provided training in connection with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and associated regulations to private clients, trade organisations, the insurance industry and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). She has also lectured and published various articles on health and safety issues.
