Mark Chant - Trust and Tax Advisor

Mark has over 20 years experience in dealing with a wide range of taxation issues affecting individuals, deceased estates and trusts including the implications of residence and domicile, capital gains tax calculations and planning, and offshore trusts and their tax implications for settlors, beneficiaries and trustees.

He is experienced in all areas of tax compliance including the preparation of income tax returns and inheritance tax accounts and dealing with HM Revenue & Customs.

Mark is also involved in administering trusts, preparing accounts, and advising on any tax consequences that can arise during the life of a trust including on its creation, and termination when a trust is wound up and the assets distributed, the vesting of assets in beneficiaries and the calculation of inheritance tax charges for relevant property trusts.
