Lucy specialises in the administration of estates with a foreign element, including those with foreign domiciled clients and those where clients have assets outside of the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

Working for both large Executors and Trust organisations and private individuals, who need assistance with the administration of an estate, Lucy has experience dealing with varied number of jurisdictions which include: USA, Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Spain and The Netherlands.

Lucy regularly assists executors with the administration of shares in North America, from registration of death, transfer of the holding and any required sale and is experienced in obtaining Medallion Guarantees for the transfer of the securities and redemption of bank account funds held in North America.
