Lucy Stevens - Solicitor

Lucy is a commercial property solicitor specialising in planning and development work. She deals with a broad range of matters, including site acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, and drafting and negotiating planning and infrastructure agreements. She has worked on a number of substantial projects for the firm’s retail and development clients.

Recently Lucy has worked on a development project for a local joint venture partnership, in particular advising on the construction documentation and lender’s requirements.

As part of her training Lucy developed a background knowledge of corporate law, which assists her with the wider commercial considerations of her clients.
