Laura-Ann has experience of acting in a wide range of property matters including non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions (including investment properties for pension funds) and secured lending.

She regularly acts for major high street lenders in relation to their commercial property realisations. She has particular expertise in advising administrators and receivers in relation to the array of issues arising on property sales of this nature.
