Julie has worked at LA for over 12 years as part both the residential and real estate teams and has considerable conveyancing experience dealing with sales, purchases, mortgages and equity release schemes.

Julie and her team believe that it is important to be both down to earth and approachable and pride themselves on making what can often be a stressful experience into one that is as stress free as possible.

• Reconstruction of title for a property developer who had lost their unregistered title deeds, obtaining title absolute at the Land Registry and arranging for the subsequent sale of the property
• Preparing tender documentation in connection with the private sale of development land and sale information pack for prospective buyers
• Exercising an option to purchase a freehold property for a property developer. Subsequently completing the freehold purchase and completing an assured shorthold tenancy of the property prior to the proposed development
