Jeremy Allin - Head of Group

Jeremy is a Partner at LA, and was for ten years its Chairman. He now leads the Commercial Group.

He is a senior litigator of wide experience, but now concentrates mainly on health and community care and employment law. He is an experienced advocate and has appeared before a wide range of courts and tribunals. He has wide experience of representing care providers of all sizes in regulatory disputes and appeals, civil proceedings and criminal proceedings arising from all aspects of delivery of care or failures in respect of those.
