Guy Morgan - Partner

Guy has represented a wide variety of private and public sector clients over the past 14 years including developers, banks, pension funds, major PLCs, government departments, public sector organisations, charities and high net worth individuals, dealing with all aspects of their real estate needs.

Guy is recognised in particular for his expertise in property healthcare work and has acted for numerous NHS organisations. Guy has delivered seminars across the country on subjects including Transforming Community Services (TCS), Foundation Trusts, NHS LIFT, Estatecode, GP reimbursement and estates rationalisation.

Guy also has much experience in advising public sector organisations on their estates strategy, reorganisation issues and in regeneration projects.

• Representing NHS organisations in their TCS transactions and working on NHS LIFT transactions
• Representing Nottingham City Council on the property aspects of their £180 million Nottingham Building Schools for the Future programme
• Acting for a leading provider of care homes on a South London regeneration project involving the Council, the Primary Care Trust, a housing association, a charity and a GP practice
• Acting for a London-based developer in the freehold acquisition, development, lettings and freehold disposal of a variety of Central London sites
