Emma Ladley - Solicitor

Emma is developing experience in dealing with employment litigation and advising employers on a wide range of employment matters.

Emma provides advice on day-to-day employment issues such as the handling of disciplinary situations and dismissals and regarding the drafting and review of employment contracts and policies. She also works closely with the Corporate Group dealing with employment aspects of company and business sales and acquisitions.
