Elizabeth deals with a variety of commercial property transactions, including non-contentious landlord and tenant, portfolio management including detailed lease negotiation, lease extensions, acquisition and disposals of freehold and leasehold property. She has particular experience in dealing with administrators and LPA receivers in disposal of commercial property.

Elizabeth acts for a range of clients including banks, lenders, SIPP administrators and general commercial property investors.
