Edward has over 20 years of litigation and debt recovery experience within banking and finance, both secured and unsecured, and has worked both in-house and in private practice. He specialises in consumer credit disputes, especially within the motor finance industry, including many technical cases commenced by claims management companies. He also has considerable experience of commercial litigation in the asset finance sector, as well as alternative dispute resolution and insolvency. His client base includes well-known blue chip national and global lenders, captive and independent motor finance companies and several local authorities.
