Danielle Montezuma - Solicitor

Danielle undertakes a variety of litigation for finance companies and motor financiers. She focuses on advising these clients on the recovery of assets including vehicles and equipment, and the shortfalls that arise. Danielle also handles related issues such as title and contractual disputes. She also advises banks and other lenders on disputes relating to unsecured and secured facilities. Danielle also undertakes insolvency work, regularly dealing with bankruptcy and winding up proceedings, as well as disputes arising out of LPA receiverships and administrations.
