Damian Vaile - Partner

Damian advises on all manner of marine related claims including complex, multi-jurisdictional personal injury and fatal claims, policy coverage disputes, recoveries, collision liability, product liability and fraud, in both the yacht/pleasure craft and commercial shipping industries.

He acts for marine insurers, underwriters and brokers and also for P&I Clubs, cruise ship operators, marinas and yards and ship/yacht owners.

• Prior to joining LA, Damian completed the Global Challenge round the world yacht race
• Member of the Law Society for Republic of Ireland
