Chris is a specialist in commercial and residential property with 20 years in-house experience dealing both as a Solicitor and company director with land acquisition and development issues throughout the UK for a top 20 residential property developer. He has extensive experience in negotiating complex land acquisition contracts and viability appraisals for development sites. He joined LA in 2009 to focus on business development.
