Charlotte Jones - Solicitor

Charlotte has experience of dealing with a range of disputes, including contractual disputes, insurance and professional negligence actions, and regularly assists national Insolvency Practitioners when disputes arise in the context of company administrations, resolving disputes through both court proceedings and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Charlotte is also experienced in criminal/regulatory litigation. She has dealt with Health & Safety prosecutions in the Magistrates’ Court as well as assisting others in Crown Court prosecutions, appeals against prohibition notices and appeals to the Court of Appeal
