Catharine Geddes - Associate

Catharine is an experienced employment lawyer. She advises employers on a wide range of work place issues. In particular, Catharine works closely with HR managers, assisting with general HR queries, advising on disciplinary and grievance concerns, reviewing contracts, policies and procedures, and advises and covers disputes in the Employment Tribunal.

Catharine also works with our Corporate Team on employment related matters and acts for individuals both during their employment and in relation to a termination of the employment relationship.
