Andrew Hignett - Partner

Andrew advises a wide range of clients, including landowners, developers, utilities and the public sector. He advises on the development of various projects, including residential, employment and infrastructure.

Andrew has a particular expertise in port-related development and harbour management issues, including the promotion of Harbour Revision Orders. He also has considerable practical experience on the impact of nature conservation law on projects.

Andrew is an experienced advocate in the courts and at public inquiries and has regular experience of the judicial review of planning decisions.
