Alex advises businesses and individuals operating in a wide range of commercial sectors on disposals, acquisitions, re-organisations and a wide range of company constitutional matters including investment agreements and shareholder agreements. He also advises on variety of commercial matters such as terms and conditions of sale and supply and distribution agreements.
