The below rates and limits are based on those applicable from 1 October 2012, 1 February 2013 and April 2013 respectively.
Compensation Limits - (1 February 2013 to 31 January 2014)

An unreasonable failure to follow the ACAS Code of Practice on Discipline and Grievance can result in an uplift (or reduction) in compensation of up to 25%.
Where dismissal is for carrying out health and safety activities, making a protected disclosure or being selected for redundancy for one of these reasons, the cap on unfair dismissal claims is removed.
