This legislation will have a significant impact on ports, both in terms of how they are regulated and how they regulate their port users. There are currently great opportunities to influence the development of policy and the regulations that will determine how the new framework will work in practice. LA Marine has assembled a panel of speakers who are actively involved in this evolution, and invite you to attend a seminar on Wednesday 5 May 2010.

Chris has a passionate personal interest in the coastal, maritime, historic and natural environments and extensive experience, as a professional seaman and aviator, of working at sea.
