Our support teams, both in our fee earning and non-fee earning areas, form a core part of our business in providing the best quality services to our clients.
The varied role that these areas perform reflects the variety of experiences and skills we require. From PA's to our management team, we universally aim to deliver the level of service that enables fee earners to perform and we take a collaborative approach at making sure this happens.
As in our fee earning roles, training takes a high priority, and from the first days of induction through out a career with LA, we aim to support those people who have aspirations to progress them with us.
